How long does delivery take?

Local delivery in Greater Auckland area is next day if ordered before 12pm the day prior.

Outside of Greater Auckland: Your order will be picked up at 4pm (if ordered before 12pm the day prior). We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will provide tracking for your order once it has been collected for delivery.

Indicative times:

  • North Island: 2-3 working days
  • South Island: 2-6 working days

 

Can I order online for collection?

Yes. For orders placed before 12pm, you will be able to pick up the following day from 9 am onwards at our Eden Terrace location: 21 Ruru Street, Eden Terrace

 

What if there is a problem with my order?

Your satisfaction is our priority! Flick us an email to let us know the problem at webenquiries@southpacifictimber.co.nz.

 

Can I start a wholesale account?

Yes, fill out an online application here and you will be able to apply for a cash or credit (1-3 working days to open) wholesale account. Please include any additional info in the comments so we can best address your needs.

 

What if the product I want isn’t in stock?

Please enquire directly on the product page and we will be in touch with timeframes or an alternative solution.

 

What if there isn’t enough of the product I want in stock?

This will go on back order and we will be in touch to confirm timing.

 

What if you don’t have my particular moulding or profile?

No problem! As South Pacific Timber machines most of our own stock, we can custom machine almost any profile.

 

Is my information safe?

Of course! Any of your personal information is protected and our payment provider encrypts and stores any saved payment information.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (except AMEX) via our online payment gateway. If you would like to apply for a cash or credit wholesale account click here.

 

Are your products from sustainable sources?

We make every effort to ensure that our products come from ethical and sustainable sources. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular product please get in touch.

 

Why do you import timber directly?

We import timber directly because we need to be able to guarantee the quality, variation and source of our imported timbers. It also allows us to keep the prices of our products as low as possible.
